This Privacy Policy governs the use and handling of personal information submitted at the website at www.FWOCGA.org (the “Site”). As used in this policy, “we/us” refers to FWOCGA, Inc.

Donations. Where you make a donation to FWOCGA, Inc. via the online giving gateway on the Site, we receive your name, address and donation amount, but we do not receive your credit card number or other financial information about you from the payment gateway. We use this information to provide you with evidence of your donation for tax purposes.
Contact Us. Where you submit queries or information to us via the “Contact Us” portion of the Site, we collect your name, email address and phone number, as well as your query. We use this information to respond to your query or fulfill your request.
Where you provide your email address to us via any of the interfaces listed above, in addition to the uses described above, we may use this information to communicate with you about our programs or other items we believe may interest you. You are always permitted to opt-out of any such messages in the future (please see below regarding your choices in our use of your information).
We may also use your personal information to help us develop new services, to verify your identity, to communicate with you about your queries, to investigate or settle inquiries or disputes, and to customize your experience with our organization and our website.

We may occasionally hire contractors to provide certain services on its behalf, including our donation payment gateway service and/or information processing. These contractors are required to maintain the confidentiality of the information and are restricted from using the information for any purposes other than those authorized by us.

When you submit sensitive information to us via the payment gateway, such as credit card information, that information is subject to a variety of protections provided by our third party payment gateway provider, both on-line and off-line, including password-protected systems, firewalls and secure sockets layer (SSL) encryption technology. However, no data transmission over the Internet can be guaranteed as 100% secure. As a result, while we strive to protect your personal information, we cannot ensure or warrant the security of any information you transmit to us or receive from us. Please note that we are not responsible for any loss or disclosure of your information by any third parties, including our payment gateway provider.

The Site is not intended for use by minors or children under 13. We ask that children under the age of 13 do not use the Site and do not submit any personal information to us.
